- Students who completed 10th or 12th from NIOS are eligible
- Minimum 60% or 6 CGPA throughout academics
- No active or pending backlogs
- No extended education – must complete in stipulated course duration
- Declare any gap in education
- Work experience allowed: up to 2 years
